Shipping and Returns Policy
We ship Australia wide with TNT and other couriers as required.
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 1-7 business days from dispatch date depending on your location.
All shipping and product prices are in $AUD.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your consignment number and link to track your order.
We are unable to deliver bulky items (ie towbars and bike racks) to PO Box addresses.
WHAT can be returned?
We offer returns for any faulty products and change of mind if the product is unused and in original packaging. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
A partial refund or store credit might be granted for any item not in its original packaging and condition and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the manufacturer.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 30 days.
HOW do customers return items?
Contact us and we will tell you where items need to be returned to and once we have received your item we will inspect the product and notify you if you are entitled to a full / partial refund or store credit. A 10% handling / restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your refund amount.
SHIPPING for returns?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
Items need to be in original packaging for returns.
Sale items are not refundable for change of mind, a store credit may be issued.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item.
